MY PAINTINGS

Gena is a retired language teacher who is also a poet, artist and a guide for meditation. Her artwork is done mostly in acrylic. Her vividly colored paintings are in close touch with reality but surprise the viewer by including subject matter that resonates fantasy. 

Gena has recently written and illustrated her first children's book titled BALENA.  Her book is on sale on Amazon. 

 In addition, she is having fun by producing images on rocks titled “On the Rocks” by GiGi.  People request to have their pets' image painted on stone to have as a keepsake.  Gena has exhibited her work at various libraries and galleries.
